立式振動電機延長壽命的方法中英文技巧

立式振動電機要想使用的壽命更長，在使用時要注意一下幾點：
1、檢查立式振動電機傳動機構的工作是否可靠。
2、檢查電機的外表有無裂紋，各緊固螺釘及零件是否齊全，惦記的固定情況是否良好。
3、根據銘牌所示數據，如電壓、功率、頻率、聯結、轉速等與電源、負載比較是否相符。
4、檢查立式振動電機的通風情況及軸承潤滑情況是否正常。
5、新的或長期停用的電機，使用前應檢查繞組間和繞組對地絕緣電阻。通常對500V以下的電機用500V絕緣電阻表；對500-1000V的電機用1000V絕緣電阻表；對1000V以上的電機用2500V絕緣電阻表。絕緣電阻每千伏工作電壓不得小于1MΩ，并應在電機冷卻狀態下測量。
6、扳動電機轉軸，檢查轉子能否自由轉動，轉動時有無雜聲。
7、檢查電機的電刷裝配情況及舉刷機構是否靈活，舉刷手柄的位置是否正確。
8、檢修中調整激振塊時，要注意其對稱性，使激振塊兩兩相對，即兩端激振塊的中心連接線要與轉軸平行。
9、避免振動電機垂直或傾斜安裝，減少因電機兩端軸承受激振塊重力影響產生的損壞；
